Effective Date: September 19, 2026
Thank you for visiting Leap Homeopathy. We care about your privacy and want you to know how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.
By using our website or booking services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not be able to access some parts of the site.
1. Information We Collect
To provide homeopathic care and coaching, we may collect your full name, date of birth, gender if relevant, email address, phone number, mailing address, relevant medical history and presenting symptoms, notes from consultations including remedies and care recommendations, symptom tracking data through MYCAW, and OligoScan mineral and trace element results if you book that add-on.
We also collect communication preferences and feedback, and anything else you willingly share when you subscribe, comment, or contact us. This information is collected during your initial intake, through follow-up consultations, in-person sessions, or online forms.
We also collect usage data, such as which pages you visit and how long you stay, and cookies, described in section 7.
2. How We Collect Information
We collect personal information when you book a consultation, fill out an intake or check-in form, attend an in-person appointment, join a course, workshop, or email list, or communicate with us by email, message, or video call. All data is collected directly from you, or from your parent or guardian if you are a minor client, with consent.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to deliver safe, individualized homeopathic care, communicate with you about appointments and your care, respond to your questions, track and review your case progress over time, improve our website and content, and send occasional updates or promotions if you have opted in.
We do not sell your information to third parties.
4. Sensitive Personal Information
Your medical history, presenting symptoms, consultation notes, MYCAW symptom tracking, and OligoScan results are sensitive personal information under California and other state privacy laws. We use this information only to provide your care and improve our services, and we never sell it or use it for advertising.
Any case submitted for supervision or professional consultation is anonymized before it is shared.
You have the right to limit our use of your sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide services to you. Since this information is the basis of the care we provide, limiting its use may affect our ability to treat you. Contact us using the details in section 14 if you want to discuss this.
5. Where and How Your Data Is Stored
All digital client information, including personal information, intake forms, appointment history, is securely stored in FEA Create, which runs on Go High Level's encrypted servers, and in password protected Homeopathy systems (Radar Opus/ Similia). De-identified consultation notes are stored in password protected note taking files such as Notion and Microsoft Word.
Security measures include encrypted data transmission over HTTPS, password protected access to client files, and limited access so that only the practitioner can view your data.
6. Third Parties We Share Data With
We share your information only with the service providers needed to run our practice. This includes FEA Create for client management, our payment processor to handle billing, and email or scheduling tools to communicate with you about appointments. Each provider is contractually limited to using your data to provide their service to us.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
7. Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking
We use cookies to remember your preferences and understand how visitors use the site. You can turn cookies off through your browser settings at any time.
If we use analytics or advertising tools, such as Google Analytics or a social media pixel, they may collect information about your visit, including pages viewed and general location. Where required by law, we honor Global Privacy Control and similar browser signals that request an opt out of this kind of sharing.
8. How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain client records, including consultation notes and OligoScan results, for 7 years after your last consultation if you are an adult, or until age 25 for minors, which is 7 years after turning 18. After that period, your records are securely deleted from all systems.
9. Your Privacy Rights
If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, request that we delete it, correct inaccurate information, opt out of the sale or sharing of your information, and limit our use of sensitive personal information as described in section 4. We do not sell your information. If we ever use tracking tools that count as sharing under California law, you can opt out through the cookie controls described in section 7 or by contacting us directly.
If you live in a state with its own comprehensive privacy law, you likely have similar rights, and we will honor a request made under your state's law the same way we handle a California request.
If you are in the European Union, you also have rights under GDPR, including the right to access, correct, or delete your data and to withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within 14 days.
10. Emails and Marketing
If you become a client or subscribe to our email list, we may send occasional updates, resources, or offers. You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in any email. Your email address remains on a protected list to prevent accidental re-subscription, and you can resubscribe at any time.
11. Minors' Information
If you are under 18, we collect and use your information only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who is treated as the client of record for scheduling and communication as described in our Terms and Conditions. Your health information is handled with the same care and the same security measures described throughout this policy, regardless of your age.
12. Children's Privacy
Our website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 13 through our website without verified parental consent. This is separate from the care we provide to minor clients described in section 11, which is provided through and consented to by a parent or guardian.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with a new effective date. If we make a material change, we will notify you by email or during your next consultation.
14. Contact
If you have questions about your data or this policy, need a copy of your records, or want to exercise any of your rights, email [email protected]. We are based in the United States, California.
